The hill was live with a happy Juno, almost the hill to ourselves.

Work was a review of rules.

Physio appointment at lunchtime, everything back to normal.

I was invited out with the old team for a game of badminton tonight. I was late and cycled as fast as I could to get there.

Almost straight on the court, the first mistake. First game played then at the end of the second against Wingpig my lower leg went, really went.

I hobbled off and could hardly walk. Decided that I should get home and tried out the bike, it was ok as no weight on the muscles. Managed to cycle home, hot bath and ice so hopefully I can walk tomorrow.

Looks like another appointment.
