"Boat Out Of Water"

This boat is literally sitting on the edge of Budd Lake about 2 feet from Route 46 which is a 4 lane east - west road in this area.

I just found it funny that it is just placed there poised to get back into the water at any given moment. I guess since we have had such a warm winter the owner did not bother putting it away.
