More knee surgery :-(

I've had five knee ops in the past five years. Each time it's to try and fix a mechanical problem and delay a full knee replacement op.

The latest op involves moving bits of bone and tendon and muscle about: a reconstruction of the patello-femoral joint effectively. I get a lively blue knee brace to wear until Easter, as you can see in this photo. Needless to say its very uncomfortable!
