True Love

Kicked my ass into action today as now that ski fun is over need to get back to being fit again in order to expose my rather unsightly middle age spread to the world.
We got good news at the weekend and have got our house that we have been trying to buy since October and finally it came through and we exchanged way hey so there is a wetsuit calling with my name on it .....
So I hauled myself round 4 miles run with one friend , then got my lovely Bike out of the garage which has been gathering dust and rode with another friend and then after that I walked the dog ... Almost a tri athlete of a fashion tee hee .....
Then it was off to carpet right to look boring stuff OMG I cannot work out how anyone could get excited about carpet and underlay Yawn yawn !!!
So here I am doing my blip after eating pie for tea followed by bar of chocolate for pudding .. the foodstuffs of all good tri-athletes LOL
