Muscat Dragonfly

For some reason or other, this dragonfly was buzzing (if that's the right word) around my car windscreen as a I prepared for work this morning. It actually followed me for about 100m, which I thought was extremely odd.

I don't know much about dragonflies, but have certainly never seen one in Muscat until now. Perhaps this one followed me home from Turkey!
