Bright and Fluffy

Tonight Tony came home from work with a present for me, this bright pink fluffy Tog 24 hooded fleece, it's so warm but I'm a little conscious of the colour.

I've not been to get weighed since 7th Feb, having mum and dad here and half term then Tony off it was not the right time to be trying to lose weight but to my surprise I've managed to lose another 1.5lb do 6.5 in total, really pleased and back on track.

Whilst at S/W today we had a visit from a young man, mid twenties max who lost both his legs 13 days before his second tour of Afganistan was due to finish. He was amazing he is now a British skier and is hoping to compete in the next Paralympics, he has a 16 week
Old daughter and he gets married in 4 weeks.
I think everyone in the room was feeling very humbled by him, our district have been raising money for him and they raised £5000 last year and hope to do similar this year.

I'm off on a training course for work tomorrow. "The Role of an Adult in Early Years Foundation Stage"
Should be interesting being told what my job is when I've been doing it for 5 yrs.
