Idling about

On my way to work this morning I happened across this sign, I hadn't realised there was such an idling problem on Hillside Crescent.

It made me do a bit of a double turn - without reading the lower text, I looked around expecting to see groups of people loitering outside the RNIB building, but there were none.

I have to admit I hadn't noticed a problem with cars loitering there either...perhaps it's a different matter outside of working hours or maybe Edinburgh Council have nothing better for their staff to do...
