Iron Indian

Today was exceptionally windy. In fact it was so blustery that this Iron Indian's headdress feathers were waving in the breeze.

This statue presides over an artist's yard which also contains a most impressive eagle that was bathed in shadow.

Missed the regular bike ride because of a visit to the dentist, so I drove to the Rillito River Park and rode 5 miles upwind at about 8 or 9 mph. on the downwind return trip speed was about 15 mph. We will call it 10 miles for the day.
