Night view from my window

This is a view I have every night and I think it looks quite pretty. I'm not sure if I've blipped it before. I may have taken it as an option and ended up using something else I've taken that day.

Today I have slept and slept. I've been up to do the basics, changed and dressed mum, medicated her, fed us both although I wasn't really in the mood to eat much and then I've gone back to my bed and slept.

I can't believe I've managed to sleep so much after sleeping all last night and going out like a light as well.

I'm actually still tired now so I think I'll sleep tonight too. I had a bit of a headache and earlier this morning my bones were aching when I tried to walk.
After my long sleep I noticed I was able to move about without any pain at all. I don't usually get pain so it was odd to have that happen.
I'm relieved that I've recovered more of my old self again.

Must have needed it. I felt like everything had caught up with me.

My friend hasn't been good today and tonight but I just haven't had the energy to go round to his. I did make calls about his district nurses and why they hadn't called. The surgery said they hadn't been contacted by the hospital, the district nurse number given to me by the surgery said they need to be told to come out by the surgery. So I had to get back on to the surgery where they found they'd entered my friend's name wrong (despite us filling in all the forms last Thursday).
I was told to leave it with them. Ha. It's me they're talking to. I will be chasing this up tomorrow morning and finding out if they are still playing Chinese Whispers.
