Life springs eternal

This is the plant I blipped a week or so ago when she was just bulbs.

The colour is amazing, changes in the hue from bottom to the top and the little shapes she makes in the petals.

I think she is a happy plant. As in, when you look at it, it makes you happy rather than the plants mood ha!

Sunflowers are my favourite flower and they always cheer me up. One of my favourite scenes, in my most favourite movie ever is "You've Got Mail". The scene is where Kathleen is poorly at home and Joe brings her flowers to cheer her up. She talks about daisies being her favourite flower and that line has always stuck with me.

I'm such a romantic at heart!
