I think it's a vinca...

Slightly rain-soiled and wind swept, but very fetching on a day where the weather was all over the shop.

There was a lovely patch of narcissus in front of the vinca, but the wind was playing havoc with the composition. And sometimes life is too short for that kind of silliness.
