Dubai airport at 07:00

So, we're home again...
This is a view at the roof of the terminal at Dubai airport where we had to wait a few hours. It's the headquarters of Emirates, the airline we flew with. A very busy airport!
In total we were in the air for about 11 hours, stop took 2.5 hours. Not too bad to stretch the legs...
Quite a shock to be back in Holland where it is grey and a bit of drizzle came down.
A camera in the nose of the plane gives a good view which can be seen on the screen in the chair in front of you. That's nice until we all saw how the plane touched down completely unaligned with the runway. The pilot corrected and we saw the nose going the opposite side; making us all think we would end up in the grass. People screamed... well, we're still alive.
Pick up Carst tomorrow, we are sure he had a good time.
