New Mum...

This is her first calf and she is looking after it well. She is a very protective mum and only needed a little help to deliver it as the calf is quite big and got a little stuck at its rib cage. One wee pull was enough, no other help needed, which is a good job as she is a bit on the sparky side as J said.

It was nice to watch the wee one trying to get up for the first time and mummy cow was getting all excited. She didn't mind me taking a photo to much, I did not want to bother her so only took 3 and left her alone.
