Cake Number 1

Francis' birthday. This cake was a nightmare to make. I'm no cake making expert but what with a leaky cake tin and turning the wrong oven on, it took 3 attempts just to make the cake. I'm quite chuffed with my panda though. The fact that it looks like a panda is a miracle in itself!
