i nearly posted a quite funky shot of the exterior of the underbelly, but this looked funkier when i got 'em onto the laptop screen. yes, it's out of focus, but i rather like the effect. there's time yet to wander back up and blip The Venue Represented By An Upside-Down Purple Cow (wtf is that all about anyway? some bloody meeja-pr tarquin in london laughing his braces off at the parochials up north. bah.).

how much more can it rain? i know it's august in edinburgh, but there are some locals still here actually, and we'd quite like a spot of sunshine please!
