Serendipity moments

Mooching around Weymouth

Today we just mooched around visiting many of our favorite parts of Weymouth, the sun was shining, the sky was blue and the temperature was warm it really did feel like spring was on it's way.

We started in town, around the harbour and on the front. Then headed to Bowleaze Cove for a spot of lunch and a stroll.

Popped back to collect my camera and headed across the Portland to visit Portland Bill and Church Ope Cove which is a perfect little hideaway access through the ruins on Rufus Castle and a pirate graveyard where you can still see the skull and crossbones on some of the headstones. Whilst there I saw this huge bee the first one I've seen for sometime.
