Wheres the answer?

Went to our local hospital this morning, the Macmilan Ward, to see my brother in law whos been admitted yet again.
The thing that was so obvious when your there is that neither my brother in law or any of the terminally ill patients were complaining about the rain, the cost of petrol, globlal warming or any of the many things we all complain about.
I wonder why the people who have most to moan about,
are mostly the ones who moan least of all ?
Maybe the answer is up there in my blip ?
