Mmmmm

Being ill yesterday I missed out on pancake day. Needless to say I was gutted. And so I have had a belated pancake day, I will also be having pancakes again on Saturday. Winning.

What so see in this picture is not just some pancakes. It is: two of Mister Tesco's finest pre-cooked pancakes one rolled with honey and the other with nutella topped with Strawberry, vanilla and pistachio ice-cream freshly cut apple and homemade honeycombe. Glorious.

I went back to school today! Probably not much to be pleased with but it made a change from the monotony of the last 2 days. Though I came home at lunch as i felt unable to do a 2 hour hockey session.
