Just a star...

Well this is more of a blip so I remember the moment than a great photographic statement.

For the second Saturday running I spent the day feeling dreadful. My flu bug of last week came, subsided a bit and has now been replaced by a really bad cold. Grrr!

Had family to stay this weekend so wasn't much use to them. So I went out to get some food for dinner in order to be helpful. Came out of the supermarket, looked up and saw a beautiful crescent moon and Jupiter (I think) against a dark violet sky. Just stunning.

Went home and got my 10 yr old nephew to come out and have a look too. He was excited at the idea of seeing Jupiter and slightly underwhelmed by the realisation that 'it looks like a star'. I think he thought it would look like something he might see on the Internet!
