Sunrise at Catslerigge - Lake District

This was one of those moments when you had to go for the "Grab Shot"

I was out for the day in the Lake District with a couple of photo buddies - up at 4am to get to the location. Sunrise was not a thing to write home about, there was too much cloud cover, and the weather was not in our favour.

At one point I had just about given up, when suddenly the sun started poking over the hill - I literally plonked the tripod/camera down and took three auto bracketed expsoures.

Only got one set of shots of this, as the sun suddendly disappeared behind the clouds.
