Village Show

So it was the end of the annual show today.

I did not win the photo competition - got a third, beaten by a snap of a cute horse and foal. So next year I must remember to go cute rather than clever!

Did win 2nd prize for both my apples and carrots though - potatoes came nowhere.

Didn't win anything in the raffle either, so it didn't come close to matching last year's haul.

This is the local farmer auctioning off the prize-winning leeks - not auditioning for a part in Doctor Who.
