Unusual Street Name.

I've passed this sign many times and have always thought what a wonderful name it has. It's not quite a lane, more of a road, but it conjures up a kind of magical, fairy tale thought.
When you see the "lane" I'm afraid it's not magical at all.
Any ideas as to where it is?
