View over Main Beach

I didn't feel like cooking tonight so suggested we have Prawn cutlets and chips at one of the picnic tables overlooking Main Beach. Dinner the easy way
It was a lovely evening with the prawn trawlers heading out to sea for the night over the bar. I liked this shot best though, showing the birds starting to fly in to find their roost for the night (easier to see them in large). They seem to fly in each evening over the Rock Wall, and some evenings when I've been on the wall there seems to be hundreds of them coming in.
