saturday trip to arlington always necessitates a stop by whole foods.

today was so beautiful outside. the kind of day that makes me miss all the spots in austin that are perfect for a day like this: hiking the greenbelt, a cool dip in barton springs, a run around townlake, daily juice, etc.

i don't get much free time to explore the wonders of fort worth. i know there are great spots here as well, i just haven't found them all yet.

delicious dinner tonight: herb chicken, fresh greens salad and earthy red quinoa.
