Communications

The world is all about communications these days.

Everything is so fast now (apparently). We have emails, smart phones, MSN, social notworking etc, etc. But what about our broadband, that's not fast. I don't know why? What are we supposed to have? 20mb! What do we have 3! When you ring up (India), all they want to do is run you through their test regime. But the BT engineer told me that the router at the exchange needs resetting. Can I get them to understand this? How many time have I tried? The cable TV is now so slow that we can't watch it. Communications? I've had enough, but I can't give up, otherwise how would I blip?
