Reaching for the Sky

Managed a gentle four mile run through the woods this morning, before driving over to marshall on the Bleasdale Fell Race this afternoon. Leg feeling very stiff on the climb up Fairsnape Fell. Think I might have to forego the dancing at the post-run bash tonight! Pretty breezy, but this didn't stop the gliders from whirling over the tops. Now that strikes me as a pretty dangerous hobby - makes fell running look completely sane :)
