Watching me watching you

A demo in Glasgow, and as usual, Strathclyde police go absolutely over the top. This idiot, quoting section 17 of the Police Act Scotland decided to stop me walking across St Enoch Square to have a look at what was happening. His mates then proceeded to impede my way, threatening me with arrest! If I hadn't been due in hospital tomorrow for knee surgery, I'd have been tempted to take them up on their offer!
They need to realise that they are a service and not a para-military force...
