Peregrines?

Last year the Hawk and Owl Trust installed a nesting platform for a pair of peregrine falcons which had taken up residence at Norwich Cathedral.
Apparently the birds are still there but I didn't see them this afternoon.
However pigeons are strongly advised to stay clear of the Cathedral!
