Nearly There

Finally got the roof covered today, but weather is a real pain right now. It's either raining, or humid and hot.

I made this small device to cut the shingle edge (not really shingle but same material). A hook blade between two short 1 by 4s. This gives me a consistent edge and cut from the fascia.

Until I lost my temper with it. Some of it cut absolutely perfectly, and a couple of bits are a dogs dinner. Someone will say to put the blade in the knife, but did that - looks even worse.

I'll finish this on Monday.
