for me this year. Proof is this photo of the Computer. Call it 36 miles for today's bike ride.

Went outside the development down into Oro Valley and the long way to Brueggers Bagles then returned via Sun City Vistoso with another stop at the gas station.

It was a four hour ride with 2 hr, 57 minutes of pedaling. Legs felt good and did not tire, probably because of an average of 69 rpm on the pedals (70 to 90 is recommended) and proper hydration. Drank two 20 oz water bottles plus 16 oz of coffee at Brueggers and 12 oz of coffee at the gas station.

Went with Lois to Beyond Bread for lunch and a recovery feeding. Shared a Pepperoni and Provolone Grinder with roasted red peppers. It was followed with a Sticky Bun for desert.

A most satisfying day...
