Eric the elephant cakes.

You know you're third years when you stay in and late night bake Eric the elephant cakes instead of going out on a Friday night.

Today I set up another interview to make up for one which probably won't happen. The joys of being a journalism student. Then I went to the gym, got stuff from the shop and did a little work. Planning on hours at uni tomorrow though so I don't feel too bad about it.

We also made cheesecake tonight. I hope it's as good as the mixture looks. Although cooked on the outside it looks a bit like a quiche at the moment. :/
