Mrs BM and Maddi in Paignton....

We are in the South tonight and Maddi is tucked up in bed with her DVD of Micky Mouse but her eyes are beginning to close as it's been a big day for her.

My appointment with My Surgeon was good, he is pleased with my 5st 4lb weight loss but wants another 1st 7lbs in the next 6 months, that is a big ask but I will have a go, but the weight loss is slowing down as my stomach is beginning to get slightly bigger as the months go by, so it looks like me doing some exercise, Oh Bugger.

I thought I would do a Montage of Maddi and Mrs BM today with a slight twist.
