Grandad's blackcurrents

Twelve years ago grand-dad gave me four blackcurrant bushes. Before I moved out of my old house last month I cut a few stems from one plant and have had them in a vase of water. We now have loads of roots and the first few leaves have come out. Grand-dad would be pleased that the blackcurrants are still going strong and hopefully we will soon have some fresh cuttings for the next generation's gardens.
