Sing to me in French

Went for a leisurely stroll into town today and saw a fair array of differing graffiti icluding:
An artistic stormtrooper
Celebratory "Happy B-Day"
Public service announcement "Want beef?"
...and colourful but incomprehensible (though it is copyrighted apparently)

The response to "want beef?" was not very polite and I couldn't possibly have included it.
