Reclining Woman (1981)
Finishing my week of Leeds City Centre blips I had to include Henry Moor's sculpture outside the Art Gallery. I have blipped it before, but not from this angle, and I wanted to show the blue sky we had today :)
In 1919 Henry Moor became a student at the Leeds School of Art (now Leeds College of Art), which set up a sculpture studio especially for him. He was also born in Yorkshire.
This week has flown by and I haven't seen blippers refer to longing for the weekend!! Perhaps I missed it, but here we are - Hurrraaahhhh!
Perhaps it is the feeling of spring in the air and the days getting a bit longer.
Now I've blipped I can curl up with my G&T and catch up on your journals.
Happy Friday everyone :)
