Cakey-Cakey

It has been a day of many calories (again) this time it was office charity bake sale - although this time ..... it was serious! Reputations at stake and prizes for the most attractive and most tasty cakes up for grabs. And despite most people paying for more than one piece there were still leftovers come home time.

Sadly I didn't win either prize but the double chocolate and raspberry muffins went down well - I have a plan for a black forest gateau style muffin next with cherries and kirsch - I really don't want to work out the weight watchers points on those.

A quiet evening in with some salad now awaits me
