Finally got a swim in after the last two day goggle-based aquatic debacles. With borrowed goggs, and I've got to admit these budget EZ-Swim, Xtra Fit, Swimbetta or whatever the hell they were branded bits of kit didn't exactly fill me with confidence but they turned out to be amazingly good. Put my Speedo ones to shame they did. Don't be surprised if Rebecca Adlington is spotted in the Dalkeith branch of Home Bargains stocking up before long.

Music, that Olafur Arnalds chap that I'm keen on has done the soundtrack to some new film. One of them glossy Hollywood type jobs, it's got Demi Moore in it for a start. Here's a track from the soundtrack, anyways.
