Bike Crash

Went out on my bike, I had no excuse, it wasn't cold or wet! Went for a 19km ride and felt good at the end, except for a minor hiccup!

Another collision with the ground :( got to the end of the cycle path to turn on to the road and thought my foot was still un clipped. It wasn't and I couldn't get my foot out before the road and me attached to the bike ended up falling on the floor! So embarrassing and painful!!!
