Saturn Rising?

The sunrise this morning was exceptionally beautiful for February. The sky was graced with blue-grey stripes, and the sun appeared as a deep golden orb, creating a ring of light as I snapped the photo.

My obsession with the sunrise always intensifies in the winter, when the trees behind our home allow access to each morning's wonder.

I often stand, cup of coffee in hand, and take it all in, thankful that I am here to experience the beauty of nature.

Maybe sharing a car with my daughter isn't so bad after all. Can't wait to see what tomorrow will bring.
