Rife again

I caught Rach having a good old scratch today.
She has Lice again, since last time she has had her hair tied up all the time but those little blighters have managed to get to her.
I've combed it through twice and found loads, she has gone to bed with the treatment on.
The problem Is even though we are all clear I can't stop itching with the thought of it.

Tony and I went to Nandos for lunch today I love the chicken livers.

Been to circuit training tonight, I was wrecked at the end of it but another good session.
