not reliant on drugs today so that's a pleasant change - although am still contributing to the share price of Kleenex - nearly over though.

2 productive meetings today...one of which will make my job even more complicated - hurrahh!! Made my famous (!) stuffed chicken in parma ham for dinner......and excelled myself by injuring myself.........on a cabbage!!! No, not the large sharp knife slicing the cabbage - but the actual cabbage itself....I'm a liability! I was about to serve up saw the sky was a lovely blue so grabbed a blip before I served up - mutlitasking!! Lovely dinner then had a quick surf on the interweb to check out the treatments at the Aqua Sana (2 weeks and counting).
