I have missed a few days....opps....tom will load some backblips later which are on his Mac.

So here is a little collection of some of my marathon collection.....the T-shirt is from the last Flora London Marathon...it is of course utter cock that nothing is impossible.....like getting a sub 3hr marathon....got close!
