All hail the birthday boy

The arrival of not one but two new subs mean a very long bath this morning. Present unwrapping too a while, there were so many. I've taken this photo in a 1970s style to match the bathroom suite.

Then we went to get birthday lunch ( olive) and a tiny cake. The gingerbread house got all eaten and we though a cake was necessary to hold the candle up, but he only ate one bite. He doesn't like cake much.

Then we went scooting. I'd found some traffic cones in pound land and these went down very well.

Then we had to investigate tescos new electric trains that go on brio tracks. It cost 6 pounds and was a big hit. And when we weren't doing that, there were things to fix with his new tool set and bob the builder power tool.

And now he's gone to bed with a big cuddly dalek.
