Sunset over the Toft.

I really missed an opportunity tonight. I didn't take my camera and I missed this stunning sunset over the cathedral. Luckily the old GTI got me home in time to snap it over the less than sumptuous surroundings of Newtoft. I think the sky is nearly enough. Nearly.

In other news you may recall me gabbing on about a girl who is currently displaying my light trail shot of the cathedral on her wall in London: well today she has contacted JC (her brother) to ask if I can get my castle picture over to her as well. No problem :) How flattering is that? I make no bones about the fact I'm an amatuer with a half decent camera and a lovely city to shoot, but having a request for one of my shots really makes me feel like a pro. I might sign one for her!!!

Now that's not hard is it, counting from one to ten? You'd think someone who has ten fingers could manage to count that high wouldn't you? yeah? Well I've encountered someone recently who finds it difficult.

Mind you after basking in the mini heatwave today I'm really not that bothered. I have just 8 hours to go before my better half arrives, Lincoln play (which this weekend I'm convinced will be a good thing) and I'm having a meal cooked by Jc and his lovely life partner Kate on saturday. that will be followed by a session on Buzz (quiz game) and ultimately a shit load of sauce.

What could possibly spoil that?
