Birthday Kitesurfing...

It's my birthday, so took the day off and mooched along the coast with the camera, with no intent really - just to see what I could see.

And what a gift awaited me, thanks to the wild and windy conditions - kitesurfers in full flow! They were amazing - so incredibly fast it was really difficult to get a decent shot. This is probably the best of the bunch.

I'm a lucky girl as I got a new flash ring for the camera as a present - been after one for a while for macro work, so really excited about using it - all tips gratefully received blippers!

An earlier blip than usual today, as heading out for posh dinner too - can't wait!
