What a great, albeit very wet, birthday. It has rained steadily for more than 12 hours now, here in temporarily dreary Dunedin.
I had a really quiet birthday, 19 doesn't seem like a big deal at all really. It was nice to have a day off from Uni stress etc, I ended up playing chess in a cafe with my Mum, meeting up with some friends and going for a bit of a climb at the indoor bouldering wall. Now I'm nice and sore so might watch a movie instead of going out, there are too many drunk freshers around and it's raining.

I took about 40 shots of one drippy branch and waited for many minutes today to try and get a shot of a water drop in motion as it fell but it would always fall JUST after I snapped and so after a while I gave up, and this is all I had.
