Cooking....

Today I decided to make some sweets for our Uni lecture tomorrow! I first tried to make some peppermint creams but failed miserably as the mixture was so sticky and it just kept sticking to the bowl, and then my hands and then to the baking paper. I put it in the fridge to try and make it dry out but still sticky soooo I decided to make this non cook fudge :-) it is so easy and ended up like this. I hope it tastes as good as it looks. I am going to buy some other cakes tomorrow just incase it doesn't taste that good! Haha!
