Lemon drizzle

Cake. Smells and tastes divine, baked with leftover lemons from yesterday's pancake stash. I saw today that a small slice of this in a well established chain of coffee shops is £2.60 ! I nearly fell over ! I don't think it cost me that to bake the whole cake.
