Favourite Things

The smell you get when you pour wine into something that's frying (like white white into butter-coated risotto rice) is one of my all time favourite smells.

In this case it's the Big Dog pouring wine into the Chorizo before reducing it.

He cooked up a tapas feast this evening (that Miss42 also enjoyed). Yum. Great to catch up with the ladies too.
