Challenge: Highlight

You can tell where the sun was hitting this mini Mimosa tree I've been growing inside, so I guess it works for the "shooting for highlight" challenge theme today

It was actually predicted to be almost 60 F today. Except for a slightly chilly wind reminding me it's not yet spring, it felt nothing like February. The next two days are going to be much the same, so I'm feeling a strong twinge of spring fever. I walked around my gardens & pulled away the dead stuff revealing quite a few green shoots under the leaves & even several more bulbs. One daffodil on the side of the house is getting a bud atop its leggy stems! Bizarre to see such a sight this early here. The spring bulbs have been up for a couple of weeks now.
